BIOSIS WATER Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) In response to a tender notice dated 13.4.2015 issued by the 4th respondent i.e. Director, Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus, Ferozepur for installation of a Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), the petitioner-Company had submitted its bid.

(2.) Grievance raised in the present petition is that inspite of being an eligible tenderer and having submitted the lowest bid, the work order in question has not been issued in its favour. The petitioner-Company assails a subsequent decision taken by the 4th respondent on 16.6.2015 to have the STP installed through the Department of Water Supply and Sanitation, State of Punjab instead.
