JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRM No.7855 of 2015

(2.) FIR was registered in respect of alleged allegation of rape by maternal uncle of the prosecutrix as well by the petitioners.

(3.) DURING course of evidence, statement of prosecutrix was recorded as PW -4, who did not support the prosecution version in any manner and resultantly Om Parkash maternal uncle of the prosecutrix was acquitted vide judgment dated 05.09.2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. The prosecutrix refuted the allegation of rape.
