JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED State counsel, on instructions of ASI Hazari Lal, informs that the petitioner is a habitual offender, who is involved in more than six such like cases.

(2.) HAVING regard to the gravity of allegations as contained in the FIR, but at the same time, without expressing any opinion on merits in relation thereto, no case to release the petitioner on bail is made out.
