(2.) LEARNED counsel submitted that the accused -petitioner stands convicted by concurrent findings under Section 409 IPC and has been awarded two years' RI with a fine of Rs.2,000/ -. Learned counsel further submitted that the fine amount has already been deposited and the petitioner is lodged in jail for the past three months.
