JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is the admitted case that the co-accused of the petitioners who were attributed similar parts in the incident have been released on anticipatory bail by this Court. In this view of the matter the interim bail granted to the petitioners herein is confirmed. The petitioners will, however, join the investigation and present themselves before the Investigating Officer Shri Kishan Lal, D.S.P. (Vigilance) Guardaspur in his office at 10 A.M. on 15.7.1994.
