JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 16th August, 1983, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.P. No. 4426 of 1976, whereby the award of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal Delhi, Was set aside and the petitioners, who are respondents Nos. 3 to 6 in this appeal, were held entitled to seniority over Shri J.D. Ratra, appellant No. 1, and the respondents Nos. 3 to. 6 were also held to be entitled to all consequential reliefs accruing therefrom.
