JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that Bakshish Ram appellant has already undergone more than two years of the sentence imposed. In this view of the matter, the sentence imposed upon the appellant is suspended during the pendency of the appeal and he is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar. Order accordingly.
