JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER who is 21 years' old is seeking pre- arrest bail in case, F.I.R. No. 19 dated 17.1.1994 registered in P. S. Thanesar, district Kurukshetra, on the allegation that she submitted a false and forged certificate to get admission in BAMS course. Having heard the learned counsel, I am of the view that the petitioner deserves the concession of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner, if arrested, shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on accepting personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5,000/-. She shall, however, join investigation as and when asked for in writing, accompanied by her counsel. Petition stands disposed of.
