JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is tenant's petition against whom order of eviction has been passed by both the authorities below.

(2.) The landlord sought the ejectment of his tenant from the premises in dispute, inter alia, on the ground that he bonafide required the premises for his own use and occupation. The application was contested on the ground that it is wrong to say that the landlord bonafide required the premises. According to the tenant, the portion of the property in possession of the landlord sufficient for his residence.

(3.) After considering the entire evidence, the learned Rent Controller came to the conclusion that the landlord bonafide required the premises for his own use and occupation and consequently eviction order was passed against the tenant. In appeal, the learned Appellate Authority affirmed the said finding of the Rent Controller and maintained the ejectment order. Dissatisfied with the same, the tenant has filed this petition in this Court.
