(1.) The petitioner through instant pettition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitutioon of India is seeking direction to respondents to consider and accept his resignation dtd. 3/5/2024 (Annexure P-19).

(2.) The petitioner is posted with Punjab Police as Head Constable. He has filed hiis resignation dtd. 3/5/2024 on health grounds.

(3.) Mr. R. Kartikeya, Advocate subbmits that respondents are not intentionally accepting his resignation.
