JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in the present petition under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.257 dtd. 20/12/2022 under Ss. 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Kotwali, Patiala, District Patiala.
