JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to passport authority to take appropriate action against respondent No. 3 who has got passport re-issued by concealing material facts.

(2.) The petitioner claims that respondent No. 3-Jaideep Singh has got re-issued his passport which was valid till 11/4/2022. He has wrongly disclosed his marital status. She has filed complaint to passport authority but to no avail.
