JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.0155 dtd. 9/9/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sec. 307, 336, 506, 323, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Ss. 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur.

(2.) Custody Certificate of the petitioner has been filed today in Court. The same is taken on record.

(3.) FIR was registered on the information received from Mukhtiar Singh. Allegation against the petitioner is of having fired bullet from his gun towards Harpreet which struck on his right leg.
