JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE instant petition is for quashing of criminal complaint No. 10 dated 24.1.2009 titled as "Sanjeev Kumar Vs. Ranjit Singh and others" filed under sections 323/324/452/506/34 IPC, summoning order dated 11.9.2013 and the consequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of written compromise arrived at between the parties.

(2.) REPORT has been received from the trial Court after statements of the parties was recorded regarding the compromise. The trial Court has reported that the compromise is voluntary and without any pressure or coercion. The trial Court has also sent the statements of parties.

(3.) NO useful purpose would be served to keep the said complaint pending.
