BALJIT SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, Baljit Singh has challenged his conviction under Sections 324, 323 and 341 IPC in FIR No.49 lodged on 07.05.2010 at Police Station Sadar Faridkot. (2.) The convict preferred an appeal which was dismissed by the Sessions Judge, Faridkot vide order dated 26.05.2014. The petitioner was taken into custody to undergo the remaining sentence.

(3.) Notice of the revision was issued on the limited question regarding quantum of sentence.
