JUDGEMENT

(1.) The relief claimed in the above referred three petitions is similar, as such, these petitions are being taken up together for disposal by common order. For the sake of convenience, facts have been extracted from CRM-M-15901 of 2012.

(2.) A complaint was filed by M/s Gee Kay International through its partner Ranbir Singh against Amit Makhija, Manager, HDFC Bank, Civil Lines Branch, Jalandhar; Babu Chinnakonda, Assistant Vice President; and Benjamin Frank, Senior Vice President, HDFC Bank, Mumbai.

(3.) As per the complainant-respondent, it had dealings with HDFC Bank at the time when petitioner Amit Makhija was Manager of its Civil Lines Branch, Jalandhar. The dealings of complainant continued up to 30.07.2007, when the account of the complainant was shifted from HDFC Bank to Indian Bank, Jalandhar.
