PARAMJIT KAUR AND OTHERS Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail in a case registered against them along with their other co-accused, vide FIR No.106 dated 23.11.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 324, 325, 148 and 149 IPC, by the police of Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable help and considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the present petition for anticipatory bail deserves to be accepted in this context.
