JUDGEMENT

(1.) ABOVE -referred petitions are being disposed of by this common order being connected to each other.

(2.) BY way of Crl. Misc. No. M -6553 of 2014, petitioners Balraj Singh @ Raja and Jagdeep Singh @ Lucky are seeking quashing of FIR No. 316 dated 19.11.2013, registered under Sections 325/323/34 IPC, Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, while petitioner Gurmeet Singh, by filing Crl. Misc. No. M -6554 of 2014 is seeking quashing of cross -version in DDR No. 35 dated 19.11.2013 for offence under Sections 323/324/326/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur and consequent proceedings taken therein, on the basis of compromise.

(3.) LEARNED State counsel submits that the parties in both the petitions are the persons involved in the FIR and cross -version DDR.
