JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them along with their other co -accused, vide FIR No. 51 dated 25.05.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 447 read with Section 34 IPC (the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 120 -B IPC were later on added), by the police of Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
