JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this order, I propose to dispose of CWP No.2201 of 2014, titled as 'Vikas Sharma Vs. State of Haryana & others' and CWP No.23886 of 2011, titled as 'Ram Kishan Vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission & others'.
