JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD .

(2.) FIR No. 27 dated 22.3.2011 under Sections 365/341/371(F)/149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC'), was registered at Police Station, Raman, District Bathinda, (Annexure P1) on the allegations that the petitioners took away Charanjit Singh husband of complainant -respondent No. 2 in car for casting vote in the election of Sarpanch.

(3.) VIDE order dated 4.9.2013, the learned trial Court was asked to examine the parties concerned to find out if the compromise is outcome of free will and consent of the parties and is free from any undue influence/pressure/coercion. The learned trial Magistrate has submitted a report dated 9.10.2013 affirming that the compromise is outcome of free will and consent of the parties and is free from any undue influence/pressure/coercion.
