(2.) LEAVE is granted to place on record postal receipts showing notice having been sent for appointment of the Arbitrator and the application is allowed.

(3.) THE respondents issued advertisement inviting bids for allotment of commercial sites in proposed Export Complex, Panipat. A public auction was held on 11.07.2005 in which the petitioner participated and was successful in the bid for a site in Block -A having an area of 2592 Sq. meters against the highest bid of Rs. 1326.00 lacs. The allotment letter was issued on 01.08.2005.
