JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall dispose of the present petition filed under Section 167 Cr.P.C. read with Section 36(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (here -in -after referred to as 'the Act') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 119 dated 05.09.2013, registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran under Section 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act.

(2.) THE petitioner was arrested on 05.09.2013 and as per prosecution version, an alleged recovery of 4 kgs. of heroin was effected from him.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the parties have been heard at length.
