JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is directed against the impugned orders dated May 13, 2014 and July 8, 2014.

(2.) If the Court summoned witnesses by issuing process and the plaintiff acted in furtherance thereof and deposited diet money as permitted by the Court then it became the duty of the Court to take effective steps for the production and attendance of witnesses for recording of their evidence.

(3.) In the present case, an application was made listing five witnesses required to be summoned through court process which is placed at Annexure P-1 to this petition. On this application, suitable orders were passed directing the plaintiff, the petitioner before this Court, to deposit a sum of Rs.750/- towards diet money to facilitate summoning of five named witnesses.
