(1.) Vide this order, above mentioned two petitions and two applications would be disposed of. Accused had filed petitions under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' for short) seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.214 dated 13.09.2012 under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and FIR No.9 dated 11.01.2013, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 506, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the complainants, who is assisted by Inspector Suresh Kumar, has submitted that complainants have no objection if the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in case they stick to their undertaking and complete the flats within three months and apply for 'Occupation Certificates' of the flats.
