JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER -Sumit Bansal son of Somnath, has preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against him along with his other co-accused, vide FIR No.111 dated 25.04.2014, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120-B IPC, by the police of Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar.

(2.) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record with his valuable assistance and after deep consideration of the entire matter, to my mind, there is no merit in the present petition in this respect.

(3.) AS is evident from the record that very direct and serious allegations of heinous offences are assigned that petitioner and his other co- accused have hatched a criminal conspiracy, cheated complainant-Ramesh Goyal, misappropriated an amount of Rs. 43 lacs, created and used the false documents as genuine in respect of the plot in question. According to the prosecution, the accused have executed a fake sale deed dated 21.10.2013 by impersonation. Petitioner and his father are property dealers.
