JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appellants who were convicted under Sections 307/149/326/325/323/324 IPC have preferred the present appeal challenging the conviction and sentence recorded by the trial Court.

(2.) HEARD the submissions made on either side.

(3.) ON the basis of the evidence on record including the revenue documents produced by the prosecution, the trial Court has rightly come to a conclusion that the appellants were aggressors inasmuch as the revenue records stand in the name of the complainant party.
