JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE husband aggrieved by the quantum of maintenance fixed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhiwani and reduced in revision by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, has come forward with CRM -M No.32054 of 2008 praying for reduction of quantum of maintenance fixed by the Courts below.

(2.) THE wife has filed CRR No.318 of 2009 aggrieved by the reduction of quantum of maintenance made by the revisional Court.

(3.) THE husband took up a plea that his wife was not entitled to maintenance as she had withdrawn from his company without sufficient cause.
