JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall dispose of the present petition preferred under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking the concession of pre -arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 190 dated 09.11.2013, under Sections 406/498 -A IPC, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur. Counsel for the parties have been heard at length.

(2.) THE present petitioner is the mother -in -law of the complainant, namely, Harpreet Kaur.

(3.) ON 03.01.2014 while issuing notice of motion and while granting interim protection to the petitioner, the following order was passed by this Court : -
