JUDGEMENT

(1.) REASONS given for condonation of delay in para. 3 and 4 of the application duly supported by an affidavit are not sufficient reasons to condone 56 days delay in filing the appeal. The Supreme Court in Office of the Chief Post Master General & Ors. vs. Living Media India Ltd. & Anr., : (2012) 3 S.C.C. 563 has deprecated such delays on the part of the government, their agencies and instrumentalities and public bodies etc. in the following words: -
