JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS regular second appeal by defendant is directed against the judgment and decree dated 01.09.2011 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar, whereby the suit for possession by way of specific performance, filed by respondent/plaintiff was decreed as well as against the judgment and decree dated 16.05.2012 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Amritsar, whereby the appeal preferred by appellant/defendant has been dismissed. For convenience sake, reference to parties is being made as per their status in the civil suit.
