(1.) PETITIONERS are seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned advertisement (Annexure P -9).

(2.) NOTICE of motion was issued and pursuant thereto written statement was filed on behalf of the respondents.

(3.) PER contra, learned counsel for the State submits that the advertisement was issued containing specific terms and conditions.
