JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER No.1 Sunil Khanna, maternal uncle (Maussa) and his wife -petitioner No.2 Lata Khanna, maternal aunt (Maussi) of Tarun Khanna (husband of Litashi, daughter of complainant Bal Krishan Wadhwa), have preferred the instant petition for the grant of concession of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against them along with main accused Tarun Khanna (husband) and others, vide FIR No.84 dated 12.7.2013 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 498 -A IPC by the police of Police Station City Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State/complainant.
