JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner, who falls short of '1 mark' for being declared eligible in Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET), has a grievance that the answer key was wrong. The question and the answers suggested are as follows: - -

(2.) THE counsel would refer me to yet another question found in the same question paper which provided for two blanks, both of which were to be filled up. It was really not objective and if such a question had been asked, it cannot be taken to be an objective. A wrong example cannot secure to him the benefit of inference that a question requirement to fill in the blanks is an objective type. There is no scope for intervention in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
