JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application has been received through the Superintendent, Model Jail, Chandigarh, alleging that the applicant is behind the bars since 20.03.2012.

(2.) Vide order dated 08.01.2014 passed in CRM No. 47699 of 2013, the substantive sentence of the applicant was ordered to be suspended during the pendency of the appeal subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh.

(3.) Vide order dated 28.04.2014, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh, ordered that the applicant would be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
