JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order shall dispose of the instant petition preferred under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.160 dated 29.8.2013, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (for short "the Act"), registered at Police Station Kurali, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.

(2.) THE petitioner was arrested on 29.8.2013 and as per prosecution version, an alleged recovery of 20 bottles of Raxcof of 100 ml each was effected from him.

(3.) COUNSEL for the parties have been heard.
