JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEGALITY of the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Taran Tarn, dated 15.2.2012, has been questioned through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court by the petitioner.

(2.) THE petitioner is a complainant in a case of murder of his father allegedly by respondent Nos.2 and 3 along with their other co -accused on 7.9.2010.

(3.) FATHER of the petitioner was allegedly assaulted by Gurlal Singh armed with Kirpan, Gurmej Singh armed with gandasi, Manjinder Singh and Charanjit Singh armed with datar, Tinda armed with gandasai, Mara armed with dang, Lakhwinder Singh armed with datar and Gurmej Singh and Paramjit Singh who were empty handed.
