JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No. 102 dated 25.07.2012 (Annexure P -1), registered for offences punishable under Sections 354 read with Section 34 and 201 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar Mohali along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom as well as quashing of cross -case bearing FIR No. 23 dated 09.03.2011 (Annexure P -2) registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 325, 148 read with Section 149 IPC at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar Mohali along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise (Annexure P -3).

(2.) AS per the allegations in FIR (Annexure P -1), respondents No. 3 and 4 followed petitioner No. 2 when she was returning from her school, teased her and pulled her 'Dupatta'.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.
