JINDER Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mehro, Rajinder Kaur, Kaur Bhan and Manjit Kaur @ Dholi were tried by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala (for short, 'trial Court') under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'IPC') and have been acquitted vide judgment dated 22.12.2012.

(2.) To challenge judgment dated 22.12.2012, Jinder Singh, the complainant, has brought this appeal, along with an application for condonation of delay of 364 days in filing the appeal.

(3.) We have heard learned counsel for the appellant on merits.
