JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners has placed on record orders dated 20.05.2014 passed in O.A. No. 1193/CH/2004 and O.A. No. 11/CH/2005 both filed on behalf of GMCH Nurses Welfare Association whereby the original applications stand withdrawn.

(2.) THE petitioners before us made a challenge to the selection of private respondents No. 4 to 6 as Nursing Sisters in pursuance to the circular (Annexure P1) by filing O.As before the Central Administrative Tribunal,

(3.) THE petitioners before us were Staff Nurses working in the hospital. It may be added that over a period of time, they have got their appointment as Nursing Sisters. The second petition is by person on deputation, who according to the respondents, is not entitled to the appointment.
