JUDGEMENT

(1.) FEELING aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition qua the validity of impugned order Annexure P -2, for the time being. He submits that petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide his representation dated 16.4.2014 (Annexure P -4) keeping in view the order dated 23.1.2012 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1325 of 2012, within a reasonable time.

(3.) WITH the observations made above, the present petition stands disposed of.
