(2.) ON our asking, Ms. Palika Monga, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2 & 4 and Mr. Gitish Bhardwaj, Advocate, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 3 -HUDA.
