JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

(2.) The complainant Jaswinder Singh, the son of deceased Paramjit Kaur has preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the acquittal recorded by the trial Court in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The case of the prosecution is that on 31.5.2012 Paramjit Kaur, the mother of Jaswinder Singh was done to death by some unknown persons.
