JUDGEMENT

(1.) AS is evident from the record that the first petition (CRM No. M -32427 of 2013) filed by the present petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Sabina, J.), vide order dated 18.11.2013.

(2.) NOW Petitioner Harpreet Singh son of Lakhbir Singh has preferred the instant 2nd petition for the grant of concession of regular bail, invoking the provisions of section 439 Cr.PC, in a case registered against him along with his other co -accused, by way of FIR No.40 dated 4.5.2013 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed an offence punishable under section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (here -in -after to be referred as the Act ) by the police of Police Station Mukandpur, District SBS Nagar.

(3.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
