(1.) PETITIONER has filed this petition challenging the order dated 28.10.2013 whereby certain documents were allowed to be exhibited by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was mainly aggrieved on account of exhibition of documents Ex. A -6 and Ex. A -12, partition deeds.
(2.) IN the present case, respondent had filed petition under Section 13 of East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 seeking ejectment of the petitioner. Respondent has exhibited on record partition deeds Ex. A -6 and A -12 along with other documents. The learned Rent Controller while exhibiting Ex. A -6 and A -12 has held that the said documents were duly signed by the respondent and could therefore be exhibited by him. The said reasoning given by the learned Rent Controller does not call for any interference as the respondent could exhibit the documents which were executed by him. The evidentiary value of the said documents would be seen during trial.
