JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petition is filed on account of compromise dated 6.4.2010 entered into between the parties.

(2.) The appellants were convicted for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. They have preferred the present appeal aggrieved by the conviction and sentence passed by the trial Court.

(3.) Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned State counsel.
