JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal has been filed by the appellant claiming enhancement of compensation granted him on account of injuries suffered by him in an accident which took place on 18.09.1998.

(2.) THE appellant is stated to have suffered the following injuries as per the Medico Legal Report (Ex. P -2): -

(3.) AN abrasion over the right side of the face, 4 cm x 3 cm. The Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs. 10,000/ - as compensation i.e. Rs. 9,000/ - on account of pain and suffering and for loss of amenities of life and Rs. 1000/ - for his treatment.
