JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN compliance with the order dated 09.04.2014 passed by this Court, an order dated 13.04.2014 passed by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division No. 2, Rohtak, has been produced in Court. According to the said order under Rule 8.137 of the C.S.R. Volume 1, Part 1, husband of the petitioner has been granted extra -ordinary leave (without pay leave) for the period mentioned in the said order. With this, there is no impediment as far as the service record of the husband of the petitioner is concerned for consideration of the claim of the petitioner for the grant of benefit under the Haryana Compassionate Assistance to the Dependents of Deceased Government Employer Rules, 2006 (for short 'the 2006 Rules').

(2.) COUNSEL for the petitioner states that the petitioner would submit an application in form -A for compassionate financial assistance as required under Rule 4 of the 2006 Rules, which may be directed to be considered and decided at an early date.

(3.) IN case, the claim of the petitioner is accepted, the consequential benefits shall be released to her within a further period of one month. In case, the claim is not to be accepted, a well -reasoned and speaking order to be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
