Briefly, the facts of the case are that FIR No. 21 dated 12.3.2013 was registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act at Police Station Lambi against Baljit Singh, Ranjit Singh, Satnam Singh and Piar Kaur (present petitioner). All the accused were travelling in an Innova Car bearing registration No. PB-11AY-8187, which was taken into custody by the police. The present petitioner being owner of the said vehicle has filed an application for release of said vehicle on sapurdari before Judge, Special Court, Sri Mukatsar Sahib, which was dismissed vide order dated 4.1.2014.
