JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appeal is for enhancement of compensation for death of male aged 52 years. The accident had taken place on 20.1.1997. The deceased was said to be doing the business in dairy and owning 12 buffaloes. The claimant was the widow. The tribunal assessed the compensation at Rs. 1,36,000/ - taking the income at Rs. 1500/ - per month.

(2.) I re -work the compensation and various tabulate the various heads of compensation as under: -
